Drypoint Budgerigar (artist proof)
The Budgerigar is native to Australia. It belongs to the parrot family. In the wild it is typically green with hints of yellow. I had budgies as a child. My grandfather used to breed them along with other Australian birds. I used to love helping him look after them.
