Here he is! I’m really happy with how this print came out.

I love the way the wood glue dots created white markings…and indentations. A few little things I would do differently next time.

Did you know that there are over 250 frogs native to Australia? I might have to do at least another one to perfect this technique.

Matt board, carborundum gel, wood glue, Akua Ink Black, Sepia and green ( pthalo blue and yellow) and Somerset satin 100% cotton rag paper. Printed in a small etching press.

I’m enjoying printing so much, I’ve gone out and purchased a bigger etching press…as you do! And this afternoon, I’m off to learn a completely new skill…watch this space 😀
