Refunds Policy
If, for any reason, you are nor completely satisfied with your putchase, I invite you to read my refunds policy below.
All of my products are made by hand; and therefore may have slight imperfections. That is what makes them unique.
1. You are not entitled to a refund simply because you have changed your mind under Australian Consumer Law.
2. If the product is faulty or has a major problem, you will need to return the item at your cost for a full refund (less p&h) with 15 days.
3. Please contact me via email to discuss the issue with your product, I will work with you to try and resolve the issue.

Textiles
All wearable items should be handwashed in cool soapy water and air dried.
Please do not wash in washing machine or place in clithes dryer.
Jewellery
Sterling silver may rtarnish due to exposure to oils on skin. You have been provided with a polishing cloth as part of your purchase. Please plish your sterling silver on a regular basis.
Resin
1. wash in warm soapy water by hand if required.
2. wipe over with baby oil and buff it off to restore lustre to resin.
3. sharp implements on your resin may cause scatches.
4. do not use in the microwave , dishwasher or oven.
5. do not place items directly on the stove.
Wabi Sabi
Wabii sabi is a Japanese philosophy that encourages you to find beauty in flaws. There is perfection in imperfection.
I embrace this philiosophy whole heartedly in my business and art practice. All things made by hand tell a story and should be embraced for their imperfections.
This does not mean that my products are faulty, merely that they are made by hand and reflect human frailty. Each piece is one of a kind and cannot be repeated.
