Block printing is done using rubber blocks, erasers, potaoes, wood and in some cases, lino.

You car a shape or image into the block, clearing away sections that you don't want to print. You can achieve some dynamic images using this process.

It is a form of relief printinhg. It can be done by hand or by using a press. You can print on paper or fabric using appropriate inks. It is one of the most accessible forms of printing.

if you would like to try hand printing, with a block you have carved, then I have the workshop for you. You will hand print 4 linen tea towels...and take them home with you!

Chech the events on my website for details.
